Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (Whistleblower Directive): • Extension to cover infringements of MiCA

Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 (EBA Regulation): • Extended mandate for EBA supervision of significant asset-referenced tokens and significant e-money tokens

Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 (ESMA Regulation): • Extended mandate for ESMA in relation to crypto-asset markets
